Ghraybeh are Middle Eastern shortbread cookies that melt in your mouth and are often made for special occasions. The Two Little Chef’s from My Olive Roots invite their friends over, to prepare these cookies for Christmas.

Two Little Chefs
Born in Beirut and raised in Abu Dhabi, these two adorable cooks explore their roots through Levantine cuisine. Together they learn how to preserve these meals, so that no matter where they end up in the world, they can pass on the smells and flavours of the Levant down to them, from their generation to the next.
Marisa and Carmen love to spend time in their paternal grandfather’s town of Marjeyoun in the South of Lebanon, and often spend summers in Toronto with their Palestinian maternal grandparents, connecting with people from all over the world.
